VFS, Services Inc. is an indirect consumer finance company.  If you have seen a credit inquiry or recent billing statement from VFS, you have probably applied for credit from one of our dealers that utilize our financing services.

Who do I contact in reference to an issue with my product and/or service I purchased?

You would contact the dealer who directly provided the product and/or service.  Any questions regarding the financing of your product and/or service would be handled by VFS.

Why do I have more than one account with VFS?

You may have multiple accounts with VFS depending on the terms, interest rate, and any additional purchases of products and/or services.

What are my payment options?
